Consumer Code Commentary
The Commentary on the Consumer Code, produced within the framework of the General Programme of the Sicilian Region 2009/2010, in partnership with the Apulia and Campania Regions, with the legal advice of the Rosselli Foundation's Centre for Research on Law, Economics and Technology, headed by Lawyer Alessandro Palmigiano, an expert in the field, constitutes an innovative work in terms of its function and objectives.
The Commentary has a very practical slant as it is not only addressed to 'insiders' (legal practitioners) but also, and above all, to the average consumer: this is one of the novelties of the work.
The Commentary is an easy reference work for the citizen-consumer, in which he can find simple and clear answers to everyday problems and questions.
The peculiarities of the Commentary are therefore
