    High Level Working – Group by the European Commission - DG Internal Market - for the revision of the directive on producer responsibility (85/374 / EC) CFR - Net (Common Framework Reference), group of experts appointed by the European Commission to prepare the reform European contract law with reference to consumer protection European Commission Competition Directorate (Media Unit), in relation to competition policies on television, internet and other media markets European Commission to identify safe and fair contractual clauses for cloud computing services, which make it possible to memorize, archive and process data through the use of computer resources on the Internet.

 

CONFERENCES AND COURSES

He has given countless papers in national and international conferences on legal matters.

He has been professor of university masters at prestigious Italian universities and for the Superior Council of the Judiciary.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

He deals with issues of civil and commercial law in extrajudicial, judicial and research.

He mainly deals with civil and commercial law, with particular attention to banking law and business contracts.

Numerous judgments of the cases he followed have been published and commented on by the most famous Italian legal journals, as well as followed by the press and the media.

He is included in the list of lawyers recommended by the Australian and Canadian Embassy in Italy, as well as by the United States Consulate.

Since 2020 he is Italian Certified Consultant of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates.

From 2005 to 2012 and from 2016 to 2021 he was Secretary of the Arbitration Chamber at the Palermo Chamber of Commerce.

Since April 2009 he is Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania for the Sicilian Region.
